This page explains what information Be You Production ("we", "us") collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this site:
- Project enquiry form: your name, brand or business name, phone or WhatsApp number, email (optional), the service you are interested in and your message.
- Careers form: your name, email, the role you are interested in, a link to your work and anything you tell us about yourself.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive whatever you send through that service.
We may also use basic website analytics (such as Google Analytics) and advertising tools (such as the Meta Pixel) that collect information like pages visited, device type and approximate location. These tools use cookies.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry or job application.
- To understand how people use the site so we can improve it.
- To measure and improve our own advertising.
We do not sell your information.
Who else handles it
Form messages are delivered to our inbox by a form service (Web3Forms). Analytics and advertising data is processed by Google and Meta under their own privacy policies. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and applications only as long as we need them to respond and for our normal business records, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent us, or withdraw your consent, by writing to work.beyouproduction@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
